During my Easter stay, I found the hotel's location to be very convenient. It was situated in the heart of the bustling city, making it easy to explore different parts of the area. the staff was very welcoming and accommodating, always being ready to help with whatever was needed. the hotel's rooms were newly renovated and bright, providing a modern touch to the building's old architecture.
Although the hotel offered a comfortable stay, there were a few things that I felt could have been improved. the hotel's elevator was quite old and had a fee of 5 cents to use, which can get tedious if you are traveling with heavy luggage.

The location was perfect for a city trip, as it was situated in a lively historic district, close to main tourist areas, shops and restaurants. The rooms were modern and new, exceptionally clean, and the staff was kind and informative, offering their personal numbers for any assistance. Another advantage was that the soundproof windows prevented outside noise from affecting our stay.
The entrance was hard to find and you wouldn't know what existed behind it. There was no staff available on the premises so you need to make an appointment for check-in, and no immediate assistance was available in case of problems.

This hotel offers excellent value for money and prices are very reasonable considering its central location in a safe area in the historic center. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing great service and helpful tips on what to do in the city. The rooms with terrace have a clean and modern design, and the breakfast selection is satisfying.
All was fine, but perhaps a few improvements could be made.
